Please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Submissions are accepted between November 1st thru February 15th. All submissions are to be made via postal mail, which is preferred, or email. We do not accept walk-in submissions.
2. Please send images of your work on a CD. Please include titles, media, dimensions, and retail prices. Please denote if works are currently available or not. If you submit via email, the message should be no more than 2 MB in size. Please do not email us more than once. If your images are too large to attach to an email we would prefer you send a CD via postal mail.
3. Please include a cover letter with contact information, website link, biographical information, an exhibition history, artist statement, and any other supporting material.
4. Any hard copy or physical materials sent to the gallery will not be returned unless a self addressed, postage paid envelope is included with the submission.
If we wish to further view or discuss your work we will contact you directly. Due to the number of submissions we receive our response time is approximately six weeks. We do not grant in person appointments unless images have been reviewed previously thru our submission process. If you feel your work has been overlooked after submission, please wait until the next submission period before sending new work.
